Introducing Payal Dang, Team Leader Assessor Support


ServiceIQ is pleased to welcome Payal Dang into the role of Team Leader Assessor Support.

Payal has a background in education and management in the travel sector before joining ServiceIQ as a Quality Assurance Advisor in 2013.  

Since starting her new role in Assessor Support in October 2016, Payal’s priorities have been to:

  • tailor the Assessor workshops to better suit attendee numbers
  • refresh the Advanced Assessor Training, which will continue every three months
  • continue to reinvigorate the Professional Development days which were very successful in 2016, and
  • continue to focus on her team’s delivery of quality and timely facilitation services.
