The current delivery timeframes for our print-to-order resources are longer than we, and you, expect.


Dear customer

Unfortunately, the current delivery timeframes for our print-to-order resources are longer than we, and you, expect. We are currently working with our print supplier, Excel Digital, on what is causing this delay at their end and how they can remedy the problem. The printers have put on extra shifts, including over the weekend, and we expect they will have the backlog cleared shortly.

We understand that delays at this busy time of year can be extremely frustrating and are very sorry for the disruption and any inconvenience.
