New Assessment Intention Plan (AIP) for Post Moderation Sampling

The first half of 2016 has been a very exciting time for ServiceIQ with the development and initial roll out of a new Customer Relationship Management database system.


The implementation of this new system is still ongoing and will replace many of our previous steps and processes. Included in the rollout is an improved system for generating requests for Moderation linked to Assessment Intention Plans from all schools and providers who are delivering and assessing ServiceIQ unit standards.

For those involved in the delivery of Tourism unit standards, this will replace the existing AIP. For those involved in Hospitality or Retail delivery, this will replace our existing spreadsheet and email based system.

Due to these changes, we have not yet called in post moderation samples for 2016.  We appreciate your ongoing patience whilst our new processes are implemented and refined.

The time frame for this process is not yet finished, but as we move into late August, we anticipate moving into a more concrete phase of the programme and providing you with the required information and timelines for moderation purposes in the near future.
