The Cookery and F&B school’s packages were updated last year. They were split into separate books to enable flexible delivery and reporting.
Near the end of 2016 we received general feedback on these products; there was not enough time to include these changes in the 2017 edition of the products. We will be gathering feedback throughout the first half of the year and incorporating changes into new editions of these products which we will release for ordering at the end of the year. Changes are likely to include the addition of more activities.
