Andrew was previously with AgResearch for seven years as its Shared Services Director. His other roles have been as Group General Manager of Human Resources and Corporate Services for PGG Wrightson Limited, and executive positions as General Manager Human Resources for ANZ National Bank, Human Resources Manager for Fujitsu and Head of Human Resources for BNZ.

Tony is responsible for directing the ServiceIQ front-line team, ensuring the right training solutions are offered to businesses and their employees to increase capability across the sectors we serve: aviation, hospitality, museums, retail and retail supply chain, travel and tourism. Tony’s previous roles have included executive level positions at The Travel Corporation, Contiki Holidays, and THL where he has established and mentored high performing teams with a winning culture.

General Manager RoVE & ServiceIQ Transitions
Glen has an extensive career in vocational education and training, both across government and private sector. As the General Manager – RoVE & ServiceIQ Transitions, his current role is to plan and oversee the transition of ServiceIQ core functions to Workforce Development Councils, Te Pūkenga and other providers, as part of the reform of vocational education (RoVE). In addition, Glen is responsible for the eventual disestablishment of ServiceIQ as a business entity, as part of RoVE. Glen’s role also includes responsibility for ServiceIQ’s strategic, business and investment planning. He was previously ServiceIQ’s General Manager – Strategy and Government Relations and has held senior positions with the Tertiary Education Commission, Department of Internal Affairs and Department of Labour.

General Manager Talent Supply & Transitions, Marketing and Strategic Support
Doug leads a team focused on strategies and initiatives to increase the supply of talent into the service sectors. This team creates and reviews our qualifications, develops our resources, and leads our strategies focused on workforce development. He has a long working history in the ITO and greater tertiary education sector as well as the travel and tourism sector. Doug was an early advocate for work-based adult literacy programmes and diversity projects addressing gender disparity.

General Manager Human Resources
Liz has extensive experience in change management, HR Projects, Learning & Development, Organisational Development, HR Policy, recruitment, remuneration and Health and Safety. Prior to joining ServiceIQ as Human Resources Manager, she was with OMV New Zealand. Liz has held a variety of HR roles, including business partnership roles with Stats NZ and Inland Revenue NZ.

General Manager Finance and Business Assurance
Lindsey is a Chartered Accountant who has worked in public practice, commercial, and not for profit organisations. She has worked in the Industry Training Organisation sector for nine years, with the last five years at ServiceIQ. Her responsibilities at ServiceIQ include finance, business assurance, risk management, legislative compliance, and procurement.
Kaiāwhina Mātāmua o Tāhūhū
Corinne provides the executive and secretariat support to the Chief Executive, Board and the Executive Team. She has worked in government and private sector and has been providing support to Executive Teams and Boards for over 13 years. Corinne’s super powers are mind reading and being two steps ahead of those she supports.
