What is changing?

Nothing changes for how your workplace training functions. ServiceIQ will simply become a Business Division of Te Pūkenga’s Work Based Learning Limited (WBL) subsidiary and it will be business as usual for us and you.

We will continue to operate with all the same staff, same training and qualifications options, products and services, and support. All our contact details and website remain the same. We’ll also have two current ServiceIQ Board members involved with Te Pūkenga at the governance level, continuing the long period of collaborative work that has already occurred.

Will this benefit my business?

There will be benefits to come. As we settle into our new parent organisation, we’ll be looking for opportunities that all our customers – including employers and their staff – can benefit from.

We will be able to access, from across our vocational education network, best practice, knowledge, and talent. This is one of the key reasons for the government’s Reform of Vocational Education.

What will I need to do?

Almost nothing, as there are no changes to your workplace training. Please note that our bank account details will change, as will our legal name (our brand name remains as ServiceIQ). When we have these details from Te Pūkenga we will let you know so that you can, if necessary, update your accounts and payments system with our new bank account name and number.
