What is changing?

Nothing changes for how your workplace training functions. ServiceIQ is simply a Business Division of Te Pūkenga’s Work Based Learning Limited (WBL) subsidiary and it's business as usual for us and you.

We continue to operate with all the same staff, same training and qualifications options, products and services, and support. All our contact details and website remain the same. We also have two ServiceIQ Board members involved with Te Pūkenga at the governance level, continuing the long period of collaborative work that has already occurred.

Will this benefit my business?

There will be benefits to come. As we settle into our new parent organisation, we’re looking for opportunities that all our customers – including employers and their staff – can benefit from.

We can access, from across our vocational education network, best practice, knowledge, and talent. This is one of the key reasons for the government’s Reform of Vocational Education.

What do I need to do?

Almost nothing, as there are no changes to your workplace training. Please note that our bank account details have changed, as has our legal name (our brand name remains as ServiceIQ). If you need these details, please contact us.
