Resene Mount Roskill manager Andrew Kennard: “Rebekah is an outstanding employee. She has completed Resene internal training modules well before time, she is very self-motivated. Her customer service skills are second to none and she develops excellent relationships with customers.”

All ServiceIQ Retail Professional nominees have worked in retail for four years or less, and have completed or are studying towards a ServiceIQ National Certificate in Retail.

ServiceIQ Chief Executive Dean Minchington congratulates all finalists and their employers. “Making it to a regional final is an endorsement of the efforts these keen young retailers have made, and acknowledges their employers’ investment in quality staff training. We’re excited to be launching these new awards and look forward to discovering New Zealand’s rising stars of retail.”

The winners from each of the five regions will gather in Auckland on 22 October to learn who will win the inaugural ServiceIQ New Zealand Retail Professional Award.
