Proposed agenda for the day
- ITP and ServiceIQ staff welcome teachers.
- Host ITP staff instruct / demo to the teachers the dishes they are going to make, providing industry insight and realism.
|Morning||Café food – Teachers make dishes suitable for students to replicate for school cafés.|
|Lunch||Teachers make own lunch in morning session. Presentations from ITP and ServiceIQ including expectations of students going into the industry.|
Traditional Food – National / International dish(es) are prepared, cooked and presented by teachers using latest plating and garnishing techniques.
Cost: $140pp paid to the host Institute of Technology / Polytechnic
