Pre-ordering now helps avoid 2022 delays

Placing an order now for your 2022 resources will help avoid any unexpected production or delivery delays in the new year. Even better, payment isn’t due until your order is complete in 2022. Note: please ensure you have read all the pre-order Terms & Conditions*.

You can, if you prefer, wait until the new year to place your order, but please be aware that the first few months of the year is an extremely busy for resource orders, and we process these on a first-in, first-served basis.


Pre-order advantages… 

  • Orders placed in 2021 are delivered in 2022 so no need to store stock.
  • Dispatch dates are set so you know when – and can be prepared for – delivery of your resources.  
  • If you overorder, you can return any excess stock (by 11 March 2022).
  • You will be invoiced in 2022. (Please note: we are unable to invoice pre-orders in 2021.)

How does this work? 

Easy! Place your order by 10 December 2021, for delivery on one of the pre-order dispatch dates in 2022. This will help ensure you receive your resources on time, with no hassles or delay!


2022 Pre-order dispatch dates

Due to high volumes, our printers will be dispatching resources within single week periods. Your order will arrive within 1–3 working days from dispatch:

  • Dispatched week 10 – 14 January – will arrive to you within 1–3 working days
  • Dispatched week 17 – 21 January – will arrive to you within 1–3 working days
  • Dispatched week 24 – 28 January – will arrive to you within 1–3 working days

 
If you don’t select a 2022 pre-order date, we will process within the standard 5–7 working days.


Resource returns for 2022

We know that, right now, you may not have set class numbers for 2022. Don’t worry: if you place a pre order, any non-used resources can be returned to ServiceIQ. *(Ts&Cs apply)  


Terms & Conditions

  • Returns relate only to resource orders placed before 10 December 2021 with a 2022 selected pre-order dispatch date.
  • Resources must be returned to ServiceIQ by 11 March 2022 to be eligible for any credit:
    • returning of resources is to be arranged and paid for by the customer.
    • all returns will incur a 20% administration fee.
    • all returned products must be in original and re-saleable condition.
