As part of our commitment to on-going improvement, we've made a thorough review of our resources printing. This has led to a decision to move to a new print supplier that will improve service for you, including a reduction in delivery times.
Another part of the review has been the processes. A key part of this was moving to more sustainable and low environmental impact practices and packaging.
The new print supplier is on board, and we will introduce improvements to packaging and systems over the following months.
Although we don’t expect any significant disruptions, there is always a chance for some glitches in the system. We appreciate your support and look forward to providing you with an improved service. If you do have any issues with learning resource printing or delivery please let us know (in as much detail as possible) so that we can raise these with the new supplier.
