Individual Training Pack – Student (ITP)
An individual training pack is a collection of ServiceIQ resources for a single unit standard. A Student ITP consists of Student Learning Material (SLM) and a Student Assessment (SA).
Individual Training Pack – Tutor (ITP)
An individual training pack is a collection of ServiceIQ resources for a single unit standard. A Tutor ITP consists of a Tutor Assessment Guide (TAG) and a Tutor Delivery Guide (TDG).
Multi Training Pack – Student (MTP)
A multi training pack is a collection of ServiceIQ resources for more than one unit standard. A Student MTP consists of Student Learning Material (SLM) and a Student Assessment (SA).
Multi Training Pack – Tutor (MTP)
A multi training pack is a collection of ServiceIQ resources for more than one unit standard. A Tutor MTP consists of Tutor Assessment Guides (TAG) and Tutor Delivery Guides (TDG).
Blended Individual Training Pack (eITP)
A Blended Individual Training Pack is a collection of ServiceIQ resources for one unit standard. A Blended ITP consists of online Learning Material and paper Student Assessment for the student. Also included as a downloadable PDF is the Tutor Assessment Guide for the tutor/teacher.
Blended Multi Training Pack – Student (eMTP)
A Blended Multi Training Pack is a collection of ServiceIQ resources for more than one unit standard. A Blended MTP consists of online Learning Material and paper Assessments for the student. Also included as downloadable PDF's are the Tutor Assessment Guides for the tutor/teacher.
Schools/Providers Assessments
We have a range of assessments to assess the students against one or more unit standards that have been designed to work in a Schools/Provider environment.
Student Assessment (SA)
An SA is an assessment for an individual unit standard. The student completes the tasks outlined in the SA. Once an SA has been completed, it must be assessed by a registered assessor.
Note: for every SA there is a corresponding Tutor Assessment Guide (TAG) which guides the assessor when assessing the evidence.
Tutor Assessment Guide (TAG)
A TAG provides a tutor/teacher with important guidance to help them judge whether a student’s completed Student Assessment (SA) meets the requirements of the unit standard.
Integrated Student Assessment (ISA)
An ISA is a single assessment for more than one unit standard. The student completes the tasks outlined in the ISA. Once an ISA has been completed, it must be assessed by a registered assessor.
Note: for every ISA there is a corresponding Integrated Tutor Assessment Guide (ITAG) which guides the assessor when assessing the evidence.
Integrated Tutor Assessment Guide (ITAG)
An ITAG provides a tutor/teacher with important guidance to help them judge whether a student’s completed Integrated Student Assessment (ISA) meets the requirements of the unit standards.

Student Learning Material (SLM)
An SLM is a workbook, that includes learning material and activities which help a student prepare for assessment against a single unit standard.
Note: For every SLM there is a corresponding Student Assessment (SA) to assess the students learning.
Tutor Delivery Guide (TDG)
A TDG provides a tutor/teacher with information and guidance on how best to deliver or facilitate Student Learning Material (SLM).
Integrated Student Learning Material (ISLM)
An ISLM is a workbook, that includes learning material and activities which help a student prepare for assessment against more than one unit standard.
Integrated Tutor Delivery Guide (ITDG)
An ITDG provides a tutor/teacher with information and guidance on how best to deliver or facilitate Integrated Student Learning Material (ISLM).

Online Short Courses (eSC)
Online Short Courses (eSCs) are professional learning courses that are not based on a unit standard. These are accessed through the ServiceIQ online platform.
Online Short Course Pack (eSCP)
An Online Short Course Pack is a collection of more than one professional Online Short Courses (eSCs). These are accessed through the ServiceIQ online platform.
