New Zealand Certificate in Regulatory Practice – Core Knowledge (Level 3)

The Core Knowledge qualification is the first on the regulatory learning pathway developed with support from the Government Regulatory Practice Initiative (G-REG). As the standard for the sector, the programme provides learners an important understanding of New Zealand’s Regulatory System.

New Zealand Certificate in Regulatory Practice – Operational Knowledge (Level 4)

The Operational Knowledge Qualification takes things one step further on the regulatory learning pathway.

The qualification is designed for those that are either preparing to or currently carrying out frontline regulatory compliance work. It is also relevant to those supporting others to carry out these tasks, including frontline officers, administrative support staff, technical advisers, and legal, policy, and communications advisers.

New Zealand Certificate in Regulatory Practice – Operational Practice (Level 4)

The purpose of this qualification is to provide people employed in, or who intend to work in operational roles with knowledge of the operational context of regulatory practice. These people will typically carry out activities to achieve and maintain regulatory outcomes.

This qualification will benefit local and central government organisations, and organisations that carry out regulatory work on their behalf, by providing people who can operate with understanding of the operational context of regulation under broad organisational guidance.

New Zealand Certificate in Regulatory Practice – Specialised Operational Practice (Level 5)

The Specialised Operational Practice Qualification is a level 5 qualification tailored to experienced auditors, investigators and inspectors.

Working directly with our skilled assessors, learners will have a chance to reflect on their achievements as they put together a portfolio of their successes to demonstrate the skills that make them great at what they do.
