2023 Pre-Orders

From Monday 17th October, the 2023 Pre-Orders will be open to you for printed products only.

The first few months of the year are an extremely busy time for resource orders, due to high volumes as customers set their classes for the term. We encourage you to place your orders now, so you don’t experience any unexpected delays in the new year.

Pre-order advantages… *

  • Orders placed in 2022, will be delivered in 2023 so no need to hold onto stock.
  • Dispatch dates are set so you can be prepared for when your resources will arrive.
  • If you over order, you can return any excess stock by 10th March 2023.
  • You will be invoiced in 2023. We are unable to invoice for these pre-orders in 2022.

What does this mean?

Place your order by 9th December 2022, for delivery on one of the pre-order dispatch dates in 2023. This will ensure you receive your resources on time, with no hassles or delay!

2023 Pre-Order Dispatch Dates

Due to high volumes, our printers will be dispatching resources within a week time period for them to arrive to you within 1–3 working days from dispatch.

  • Dispatched week 9th – 13th January – will arrive to you within 1–3 working days
  • Dispatched week 16th – 20th January – will arrive to you within 1–3 working days
  • Dispatched week 23rd – 27th January – will arrive to you within 1–3 working days


If you don’t select a 2023 pre-order date, then we will process within the standard 5–7 working days.

Resource Returns for 2023

ServiceIQ is aware that many customers will not have set class numbers for 2023.

We are pleased to advise that if you place a pre order, any non-used resources will be able to be returned to ServiceIQ. *

Terms & Conditions*

This relates only to resource orders placed before 9th December 2022 with a 2023 Selected Pre-Order Dispatch Date.

  • Resources must be returned to ServiceIQ by 10th March 2023 to be eligible for the credit.
  • Returning of resources is to be arranged and paid for by the customer.
  • All returns will incur a 20% administration fee.
  • All returned products must be in original and re-saleable condition.
