2024 Pre-Orders

From Monday 23 October until Friday 8 December, pre-ordering for 2024 delivery of printed and blended products will be available (blended are online learning with printed assessment).

The first few months of the year see a large volume of printed resource orders come in as school customers set their classes for the term. We encourage you to place your orders now, so you don’t experience any unexpected delays in the new year.

Pre-order advantages… *

  • Orders placed in 2023, will be delivered in 2024 so no need to hold onto stock.

  • Dispatch dates are set so you can be prepared for when your resources will arrive.

  • If you over order, you can return any excess stock by 8th March 2024

  • You will be invoiced in 2024. We are unable to invoice for these pre-orders in 2023.


What does this mean?

Place your order by 8 December 2023, for delivery on one of the pre-order dispatch dates in 2024. This will ensure you receive your resources on time, with no hassles or delay!


2024 Pre-Order Dispatch Dates

Due to high volumes, our printers will be dispatching resources within a week time period for them to arrive to you within 1–3 working days from dispatch.

  • Dispatched week 8–12 January – will arrive to you within 1–3 working days

  • Dispatched week 15–19 January – will arrive to you within 1–3 working days

  • Dispatched week 22–26 January – will arrive to you within 1–3 working days


If you don’t select a 2024 pre-order date, then we will process within the standard 5-7 working days.  


Resource Returns for 2024

ServiceIQ is aware that many customers will not have set class numbers for 2024.

We are pleased to advise that if you place a pre order, any non-used resources will be able to be returned to ServiceIQ. *


Terms & Conditions*

This relates only to resource orders placed before 8 December 2023 with a 2024 Selected Pre-Order Dispatch Date.

  • Resources must be returned to ServiceIQ by 8 March 2024 to be eligible for the credit.

  • Returning of resources is to be arranged and paid for by the customer.

  • All returns will incur a 20% administration fee.

  • All returned products must be in original and re-saleable condition.
