As an education provider offering NZQA qualifications, we are required to participate in NZQA Consistency Reviews each year for our various programmes. This quality assurance process ensures that our graduates consistently achieve the intended qualification outcomes and that our programmes provide real value to the sector.
In simple terms – can graduates do what their qualification promises? Is a trainee who completed the programme in Auckland just as capable as one who trained in Dunedin, and at the right level? And importantly, what is the value of the qualification to both trainees and employers?
These reviews play a vital role in maintaining the strong reputation of New Zealand qualifications, which are highly regarded both nationally and internationally.
Have your say – How to participate in a Consistency Review
Your feedback is key to the consistency review process. ServiceIQ values input from both learners and employers to evaluate the qualification and its relevance to industry needs. This is your opportunity to help ensure the qualification remains effective and fit for purpose.
You can participate by:
- Completing the online surveys sent to you
- Taking part in a one-on-one interview if invited.
Surveys are sent to both graduates and employers of a particular programme.
Thank you to those who have already shared their feedback for a consistency review – It is greatly appreciated!
