Readymade ServiceIQ Gateway 2025 Reminder
As most of you will know our DIY and Aviation Gateway programmes continue unchanged in 2025, but our Readymade Gateway programmes are no longer supported by a Schools Transitions Advisor and ServiceIQ is no longer conducting workshops.
While this means school Gateway coordinators will need to connect with the workplace directly, ServiceIQ does understand how important it is to develop these connections between schools, their students and potential employers. With that in mind if you would like help connecting with businesses in your area, please contact your local Service Sector Advisor. You can find advisors in your region HERE.

Te Kete 2025
Te Kete is ServiceIQ’s online platform for learning material and assessment, which you can find at Schools Online.
Level 2 New Zealand Certificate Programmes
ServiceIQ Level 2 New Zealand Certificate programmes in Hospitality and Tourism are being reviewed by NZQA. We will let you know of any updates to that process, but in the meantime the current versions of these programmes are still valid for use.
Career Maps
ServiceIQ had a particularly successful trip to the CATE (Careers and Transition Education) Conference at the end of last year. It was an excellent, productive opportunity to connect with careers advisors, teachers and other education specialists.
A huge thank you to those we connected with and who provided us with important, constructive feedback over the three-day conference. We look forward to working closely with you to support and improve students pathways into the service sector in New Zealand.
If you’d like more information on service sector career pathways for your students, check out our Career Pathway Maps.
