Returns Policy:

This relates only to resource orders placed before 5th December 2025 with a 2026 Selected Pre-Order Dispatch Date:

• Resources must be returned to ServiceIQ by 6th March 2026 to be eligible for the credit.  
• Returning of resources is to be arranged and paid for by the customer.
• All returns will incur a 20% administration fee.
• All returned products must be in original and re-saleable condition.
