Individual Training Pack – Trainee (ITP)

An individual training pack is a collection of ServiceIQ resources for a single unit standard. A Trainee ITP consists of Learning Material (LM) and a Workplace Evidence Record (WER).

Individual Training Pack – Facilitator (ITP)

An individual training pack is a collection of ServiceIQ resources for a single unit standard. A Facilitator ITP consists of a Facilitator’s Guide (FG) and a Workplace Assessment Guide (WAG).

Multi Training Pack – Trainee (MTP)

A multi training pack is a collection of individual ServiceIQ resources for more than one unit standard. A Trainee MTP consists of Learning Materials (LM) and Workplace Evidence Records (WER).

Multi Training Pack – Facilitator (MTP)

A multi training pack is a collection of individual ServiceIQ resources for more than one unit standard. A Facilitator MTP consists of Facilitator’s Guides (FG) and Workplace Assessment Guides (WAG).

Online Individual Training Pack – Trainee (eITP)

An individual training pack is a collection of ServiceIQ resources for a single unit standard. An online Trainee ITP consists of Learning Material (LM) and a Workplace Evidence Record (WER). These are accessed through ServiceIQ’s online platform.

Online Multi Training Pack – Trainee (eMTP)

A multi training pack is a collection of individual ServiceIQ resources for more than one unit standard. An online Trainee MTP consists of Learning Materials (eLM) and Workplace Evidence Records (eWER). These are accessed through ServiceIQ’s online platform.

Workplace Evidence Records (WER)

A WER is an assessment for an individual unit standard. The trainee completes the tasks outlined in the WER. Once a WER has been completed, it must be assessed by a registered assessor.

Note: for every WER there is a corresponding Workplace Assessment Guide (WAG) which guides the assessor when assessing the evidence.

Workplace Assessment Guide (WAG)

A WAG provides assessors with important guidance on how to correctly assess the corresponding Workplace Evidence Record (WER).

Integrated Workplace Evidence Records (IWER)

An IWER is a single assessment for more than one unit standard. The trainee completes the tasks outlined in the IWER. Once an IWER has been completed, it must be assessed by a registered assessor.

Note: for every IWER there is a corresponding Integrated Workplace Assessment Guide (IWAG) which guides the assessor when assessing the evidence.

Integrated Workplace Assessment Guide (IWAG)

An IWAG provides assessors with important guidance on how to assess an Integrated Workplace Evidence Record (IWER).

Online Workplace Evidence Records (eWER)

An eWER is an online assessment for an individual unit standard. The trainee completes the tasks outlined in the eWER on ServiceIQ’s online platform. Once an eWER has been completed, it must be assessed by a registered assessor.

Online Integrated Workplace Evidence Records (eIWER)

An eIWER is an online single assessment for more than one unit standard. The trainee completes the tasks outlined in the eIWER on ServiceIQ’s online platform. Once an eIWER has been completed, it must be assessed by a registered assessor.

Commercial Competence Assessment (CCA)

A CCA is an assessment document which is used to assess a trainee’s ability to operate across a broad range of competencies in a commercial environment. CCA assessments allow trainees to showcase their skills and prove their commercial competence.

Aviation Assessment Guide (AAG)

An AAG is an assessment for an individual unit standard for the aviation sector.

Note: there is not usually a corresponding assessor guidance document for an AAG.

Learning Material (LM)

An LM is a workbook that covers some or all of the required skills and knowledge required by a single unit standard. They are designed to support learning in the workplace and to help prepare trainees for assessment.

Note: For every LM there is a corresponding Workplace Evidence Record (WER) to assess the trainees learning.

Facilitator Guide (FG)

An FG provides a facilitator with information and guidance on how best to deliver or facilitate Learning Material (LM) in the workplace.

An ILM is a workbook that covers some or all of the required skills and knowledge required by more than one unit standard. They are designed to support learning in the workplace and to help prepare trainees for assessment.

An IFG provides a facilitator with information and guidance on how best to deliver or facilitate Integrated Learning Material (ILM) in the workplace.

Online Learning Material (eLM)

An eLM is an online workbook that covers some or all of the required skills and knowledge required by a single unit standard. They are designed to support learning in the workplace and to help prepare trainees for assessment. eLMs are accessed through ServiceIQ’s online platform.

Note: For every eLM there is a corresponding Workplace Evidence Record (eWER) to assess the trainees learning.

An Online Short Course Pack is a collection of more than one professional Online Short Courses (eSCs). These are accessed through the ServiceIQ online platform.
