Gateway certificate ordering

ServiceIQ’s new Certificate ordering process is faster, easier, better for you and your students

If your student has completed their Readymade or DIY ServiceIQ Gateway Programme through an industry workplace, you can apply for a certificate by following the below instructions.


Gateway Readymade Programmes via student registration form 

The certificate fee is inclusive of the Gateway resource you purchased via the student registration process.

What you need to send to ServiceIQ  

Completed ServiceIQ reporting forms for the students – these are located at the back of your student’s workbook/assessment.
  

Send ServiceIQ reporting forms to:

Certificate delivery

ServiceIQ will complete the student against their gateway training programme. We will send the student(s) certificate(s) within four weeks of receiving the ServiceIQ reporting form(s).

DIY ServiceIQ Gateway products and certificate fee information

Products such as Individual Training Packs (ITPs – single unit standards e.g. 167) and Multi-Unit Training Packs (MTP’s – multiple unit standards packaged together e.g. 167/20666) are not part of any supported programme do not include the certificate fee.

Certificates can be ordered via the school’s certificate ordering process here.

There is a cost of $17.25 (incl GST) per certificate that will be invoiced to the School. We have space for a maximum of six (6) unit standards on each certificate.
